Jamaat lawmaker visits BNP MP Tuli’s residence

Saiful Alam, a Member of Parliament from the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and a member of the party’s Central Executive Council, paid a courtesy visit to the residence of Sanjida Islam Tuli, a reserved-seat Member of Parliament from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), on Friday.

The meeting took place at Tuli’s residence in Shahinbagh, Nakhalpara, in the capital.
During the visit, Sanjida Islam Tuli welcomed Saiful Alam with flowers.

The two lawmakers exchanged greetings and discussed issues related to public welfare, local development initiatives and matters of national interest.

• According to a statement, both sides expressed hope that such courtesy meetings would strengthen mutual cooperation and coordination, enabling them to play a more effective role in serving the people.

Md Ahsan Ullah, a member of the Dhaka North Majlis-e-Shura of Jamaat-e-Islami, ameer of Tejgaon North Thana and the party’s candidate for Ward No. 25 councillor, among others, was present on the occassion.
