Tanzid played a crucial role in the victory, scoring 101 in Bangladesh’s first innings—the first Test century by a Bangladeshi batter on Australian soil.

Hasan Mahmud was equally impressive with the ball, taking nine wickets in the match, including a six-wicket haul in Australia’s first innings.
