Bangladesh Women made a winning start to their Women’s T20 Asia Cup 2026 campaign, defeating Indonesia Women by 71 runs in their opening match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Monday.
Batting first, Bangladesh posted 129 for 8 in 20 overs. Indonesia struggled in the chase and were bowled out for 58 in 17.3 overs, handing Bangladesh a convincing 71-run victory.
The result gives Bangladesh an impressive start to their Asia Cup campaign.
