Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 1:55pm on Friday (September 18) for a transit stop.
BNP Standing Committee Member and Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives Minister Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan, and BNP Joint Secretary General and State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humayun Kabir welcomed him at the airport.
The Bhutanese prime minister will stay in Dhaka for more than an hour before departing for Germany on his special flight.
