A cocktail exploded on the road in front of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 1:30pm, said Md Zahidul Islam, deputy commissioner of police for the Ramna Division.
He said police learned about the explosion on the road in front of the academy but could not immediately determine who was behind the incident.
Police are investigating the matter.
