Iran won’t bow to threats: Pezeshkian

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said Tehran does not seek war but will not yield to pressure or threats.

In a post on X, Pezeshkian said Iran must remain vigilant about the activities of its adversaries while keeping the door open to genuine peace proposals, according to a report by SAMA TV.

“We do not want war, but we will not surrender to any pressure or threat,” Pezeshkian said, stressing that Iran’s position toward its adversaries remains firm.

He also said Iran would honor any agreements it reaches.
“We will make agreements and remain fully committed to them,” he said.

Pezeshkian further emphasized that national unity and solidarity are essential to resolving Iran’s challenges.
