The measles situation in Bangladesh is becoming increasingly concerning, with nine more people dying with measles symptoms and 1,341 new cases of measles and related symptoms reported in the past 24 hours.
The figures were released in the Directorate General of Health Services’ (DGHS) regular measles report on Sunday (Sept 27).
