The 30th edition of the US Trade Show in Bangladesh was inaugurated in Dhaka on Thursday, marking three decades of the annual exhibition.
US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen attended the opening ceremony on Thursday (November 5).
Speaking at the event, Christensen said US technologies and solutions in the energy and industrial sectors would play an important role in Bangladesh’s future development.
He also thanked the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) for organising the exhibition.
The trade show highlights US business presence, technological innovation and industrial capabilities in Bangladesh, while providing a platform to further strengthen commercial ties between the two countries.
