Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan has introduced “Kassem’s K(C)onspiracy,” a limited-time fine dining experience curated by its newly appointed Executive Chef, Mohamed Kassem, offering guests an opportunity to explore a diverse menu inspired by international cuisines.
The exclusive dinner programme will run from July 23 to August 2 at The Flair, the hotel’s signature dining venue, featuring dishes that reflect Chef Kassem’s extensive global culinary experience.
With more than 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Kassem has worked with internationally renowned hotel brands, including Hyatt, Kempinski, Hilton and IHG. His latest culinary concept combines authentic regional recipes with contemporary cooking techniques, showcasing flavours from the Middle East, Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.
The specially curated menu includes premium dishes such as Australian Salt-Crusted Salmon, Traditional Egyptian Fatta with Whole Lamb, Hamam Mahshi (Stuffed Pigeon), Spanish Braised Beef Cheeks, Alexandrian Seafood Cream Soup, freshly prepared sushi, live charcoal-grilled Kofta Tarb, and the classic Egyptian dessert Om Ali. Guests will also enjoy a wide selection of international delicacies and handcrafted desserts.
According to the hotel, the dining experience has been designed to offer more than a traditional buffet, with each dish reflecting Chef Kassem’s culinary philosophy centred on flavour, craftsmanship and innovation.
