A passenger bus of Poristhan Paribahan was set on fire in Dhaka’s Pallabi area on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 7:15am on Ceramic Road under Pallabi police station, where the bus was parked.
A video of the incident showed the Poristhan Paribahan bus engulfed in flames amid heavy rain.
Pallabi police station Officer-in-Charge Hasan Basir confirmed the incident.
He said several seats of the parked bus were damaged in the fire, but no one was injured.
Police are investigating the incident, he added.
