Ismail Hossain Shapon, Italy: A local Coach company in Bolzano, Italy, has organised a refresher course on occupational health and workplace safety to strengthen employees’ awareness of safety practices and help ensure a safer working environment.
The training was organised as part of the company’s compliance with Italy’s national workplace health and safety laws and regulations.
According to the company, the training is mandatory for employees under Legislative Decree No. 81 of April 9, 2008, concerning workplace health and safety, and the State-Regions Agreement of April 17, 2025.
Failure to comply with the requirements or attend the mandatory training may result in administrative and disciplinary measures, the company said.
The six-hour course was held on Thursday, September 24, at the company’s training room on the second floor of Via Negrelli 3 in Bolzano.
The training was conducted in two sessions, from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
Employees attending the course included Ayari Munir, Brando Mario, Charef Lotfi, Giretti Christian, Ismail Hossain Shapon, Konate Ibrahim, Lania Luigi, Lucisyn, Sviatoslav, Piccin Claudia, Sarmiento Riet, Trento Edoardo, Voltolini Erika and Miteva Luiza. Nieddu Luca attended as an observer.

The company expressed hope that regular training of this kind would help increase employees’ safety awareness, prevent workplace accidents and contribute to maintaining a safer working environment.
Coach was established in Bolzano in 1980 by Peter Gozzer and has since become an established name in the frozen food sector.
Its popular products include pizza, pasta and other frozen foods. The company operates in wholesale trade as well as through domestic and international retail chains.
