Former BNP lawmaker Salahuddin Ahmed died at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka on Tuesday night.
He breathed his last at 8:10pm on October 13 while undergoing treatment, Kalbela reported.
His son, Tanvir Ahmed Robin, member secretary of the BNP’s Dhaka South City unit, confirmed his father’s death.
Salahuddin Ahmed was a former member of parliament from the Dhaka-4 and Dhaka-5 constituencies and served as the BNP’s commerce affairs secretary.
