The government has issued a gazette notification declaring November 7 a public holiday every year to mark National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued the notification following a Cabinet decision, according to a report published by The Daily Ittefaq on Wednesday.
The Cabinet had earlier decided on October 5 to include the day in Category ‘A’ of the list of national and international observances.
The day will be observed as National Revolution and Solidarity Day every year.
