Last year, 354 institutions achieved a 100 per cent pass rate. In 2024, the number was 1,388.
Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon inaugurated the release of the results at a programme held at the Secretariat at 11am on Saturday. The results are being published simultaneously online and through the respective educational institutions.
According to an earlier announcement, the HSC and equivalent examination results were initially scheduled to be published on October 29. The date was later changed to Saturday.
The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee had earlier said that educational institutions would have to collect their students’ results from the websites [eduboardresults.gov.bd](https://eduboardresults.gov.bd?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and [educationboardresults.gov.bd](https://educationboardresults.gov.bd?utm_source=chatgpt.com).
Institutions can download and publish the results online by visiting the results section of either website and entering the relevant education board and institution’s EIIN (Educational Institution Identification Number).
Candidates can access their results through the common website of the education boards or the website of their respective board. They can also collect the results from their educational institutions.
In addition, candidates can obtain their results by sending an SMS from any mobile phone number to 16140. The format is: `HSC Dha 123456 2026`. No results will be available from the Education Ministry, education boards or newspaper offices.
