Humayun Kabir leads Bangladesh delegation at pre-CHOGM meet

Acting Foreign Minister Humayun Kabir led Bangladesh’s delegation at the opening session of the Commonwealth Foreign Ministers’ Pre-CHOGM Meeting in Antigua and Barbuda on Monday.

The meeting was held at the American University of Antigua in St John’s, the capital of Antigua and Barbuda, on November 2.

Foreign ministers and heads of delegations from 56 Commonwealth member countries attended the meeting.

The participants reviewed progress made by various Commonwealth bodies and forums and discussed the organisation’s future work plans.

They also provided guidance on future priorities and actions for the Commonwealth.
