DHAKA: The River Research Institute (RRI) is offering internship opportunities to 12 students in two batches. The three-month internship programme will provide selected candidates with a monthly stipend of Tk 10,000. Participants will also receive certificates upon successful completion of the programme.
According to the official notice, the internship will be conducted in two batches: January to March 2027 and April to June 2027. Six interns will be selected for each batch, making a total of 12 participants.
**Eligibility**
Applicants must have a bachelor’s, master’s or equivalent degree from a recognised university in a subject relevant to the activities of the River Research Institute. Candidates must apply within two years of obtaining their degree.
Eligible disciplines include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, River Engineering, Hydraulics, Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Physics, Soil Science, Chemistry, Oceanography, Geography, Geology, Environmental Science and Climate Change.
