PriyoShop, a Bangladesh-based retail infrastructure platform serving micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), has been managing Coca-Cola’s retail distribution operations in the Turag region for more than a month, seeking to improve product availability and last-mile delivery through its technology-enabled supply chain.

The partnership combines Coca-Cola’s beverage portfolio with PriyoShop’s digital distribution network, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, market execution and retail access across Turag, Uttara and neighbouring areas.

According to the company, retailers in the region can now replenish stocks of four flagship Coca-Cola products, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta and Kinley, through PriyoShop’s Turag distribution hub.

PriyoShop said the hub serves retailers across Uttara and surrounding localities, using its technology platform to streamline inventory management, order processing and delivery. The company claims the operation has already shown improvements in stock movement, sales execution and route productivity.

Founded as a retail infrastructure platform, PriyoShop says it has built a nationwide distribution network connecting more than 250,000 retailers through over 42 distribution hubs. The company works with more than 296 local and international brands, aiming to bridge gaps between manufacturers and small retailers.

The platform uses real-time sales, inventory and demand data to support faster replenishment and improve distribution planning. PriyoShop said its hub-and-route delivery model enables orders to move directly from distribution centres to retail outlets more efficiently.

“This is an infrastructure milestone for Bangladesh,” said Asikul Alam Khan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PriyoShop.

“When a globally iconic brand like Coca-Cola chooses PriyoShop, it validates the ecosystem we’ve built and the trust that millions of retailers have placed in us,” he said.

PriyoShop Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Dipty Mandal said the company is helping strengthen the country’s retail economy by making products from hundreds of brands more accessible through its nationwide network.

“By partnering with 296-plus brands and making them accessible through our 42-plus hubs, we are driving the economy forward through the hands of millions of small business owners,” she said.

The company said the collaboration also incorporates SKU-level performance tracking, data analytics and embedded financial tools to help improve market penetration for brands while providing small retailers with more reliable access to inventory.

With an estimated five million MSMEs playing a key role in Bangladesh’s economy, PriyoShop said it plans to continue investing in technology and logistics infrastructure to strengthen connections between manufacturers, retailers and consumers across the country.
