Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman left Dhaka early Tuesday for a two-day official visit to Qatar.
He is leading a delegation that includes the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Finance and Planning, the Prime Minister’s Foreign Affairs Adviser and the State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.
During the visit, the high-level Bangladesh delegation is expected to take part in official engagements in Qatar.
The foreign minister is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on the night of August 19.
