OIC condemns ‘heinous’ Houthi attacks on Mecca, Medina

The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned “heinous” attacks carried out by Yemen’s Houthi group against Islam’s holy city of Mecca and the Medina region.

In an official statement issued by its General Secretariat and shared on the X platform, the pan-Islamic body denounced the attack alongside continuing aggression against Saudi Arabia.

“The General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemns the heinous attacks carried out by the Houthi group against the city of Makkah and the Madinah region, as well as its ongoing aggression against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” the statement said. Source: TRT World.
