Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended its scheduled Dhaka-Riyadh-Dhaka flights until further notice following the suspension of flights to Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
The national flag carrier announced on Saturday that flights BG339 and BG340 had been suspended.
Passengers booked on the affected flights have been advised not to go to the airport.
The airline said it was assessing the situation and would announce updates on the flights’ status or rescheduling on Sunday (October 11).
Affected passengers have been advised to contact Biman’s call centre or visit the nearest sales office for assistance.
The airline apologised for the inconvenience caused to passengers and their families.
Further updates will be available through Biman’s official website and communication channels.
