The arrestees are Li Dampe, 53, a Chinese national, and Champa Begum, 35.

Police said they conducted a raid on the fourth floor of Green Tower, a 10-storey building in Purba Hati area of Hemayetpur under Tetuljhora Union, late Monday night.
