Robi Axiata PLC. has appointed Ruhul Amin as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the company announced.
Ruhul Amin had been serving as the acting CFO since January 1, 2026. He brings nearly 25 years of professional experience, including more than 14 years at Robi, with expertise in finance, strategy, corporate governance, business transformation, analytics and leadership.
Before assuming the role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer, acting CFO and held several senior finance positions across Robi and the Axiata Group Berhad.
During his tenure at Robi, Ruhul played a key role in driving strategic transformation, strengthening financial governance, promoting analytics-led decision-making and supporting major business initiatives. He has also been involved in significant transactions and transformation programmes in the telecommunications sector.

Ruhul Amin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in Bangladesh, a Certified Public Accountant in Australia and a Certified Management Accountant in Australia. He has also completed executive programmes at INSEAD and Harvard University.
