Absentee HSC examinees asked to register by July 29

HSC and equivalent examinees who missed examinations due to adverse weather conditions have been asked to register at their respective examination centres by July 29 if they wish to sit for the missed tests.

The Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers’ Committee issued the directive to ensure that willing candidates can participate in the examinations that were disrupted by rough weather.

Except for candidates under the Chattogram Education Board, examinees under other general education boards who missed the July 13 examinations in Physics Paper I, Accounting Paper I and Logic Paper I must complete the registration process by July 29.

The directive also applies to Alim candidates under the Madrasa Education Board who missed the English Paper II examination and Technical Education Board candidates who were absent from the Office Management examination.

Examination centres have been instructed to send lists of registered candidates to the controllers of their respective education boards by July 30.

The committee said the registration process was being arranged to ensure that all willing examinees who missed the examinations due to adverse weather conditions get an opportunity to sit for them.
