Students applying for admission to Class XI and technical education programmes for the 2026–27 academic year can pay their application and registration fees conveniently through bKash, with applicants also eligible for a Tk 50 discount coupon under a special offer.
Online applications for colleges under the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) are open until September 10, while applications for technical education programmes under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) can be submitted until September 18.
Students selected for admission after the first-phase application can also pay their registration fees through bKash to confirm their admission.
To apply for Class XI admission, students first need to register on the official admission website, xiclassadmission.gov.bd, by providing the required information.
They can then open the bKash app, go to the Education Fee section and select XI Class Admission. Applicants need to enter their board name, passing year, roll number and mobile number.
After checking the applicable fee, they can complete the payment by entering their bKash PIN and following the on-screen instructions. A confirmation message and digital receipt will be issued after a successful transaction. Students are advised to retain the receipt for future reference.
After paying the application fee, applicants must complete the admission application by providing the required information on the official admission website.
Applicants seeking admission to institutions under the BTEB can also pay their application fees through the Education Fee option in the bKash app.
They need to select BTEB and enter the required payment code in the format: <Programme Code><Passing Year><Board Code><Roll Number>.
After verifying the fee amount, applicants can complete the payment by entering their bKash PIN. A confirmation message and digital receipt will be provided upon successful payment.
Applicants must then complete their admission applications by submitting the required information through the BTEB admission website.
For the 2026–27 academic year, the Class XI admission application fee, including other charges, is Tk 220, while the registration fee is Tk 340. An additional Tk 3 online payment charge applies to both application and registration fee payments.
For technical education, the application fee starts from Tk 220, depending on the number and type of courses. Course-wise registration fees are Tk 238, Tk 375 and Tk 405.
Several colleges, including Notre Dame College and Holy Cross College, are conducting admissions through their own systems. Application and admission fees for these institutions can also be paid through bKash. Applicants should visit the respective college websites for details of their admission procedures.
As part of the offer, students who pay their Class XI or technical admission application fees through bKash will receive a Tk 50 discount coupon.
The coupon can be used once during the offer period and remains valid for five days from the date of receipt. It can be redeemed at participating outlets against a minimum bKash payment of Tk 300.
