Israeli military operations intensified across southern Lebanon and the occupied West Bank, leaving multiple people injured and prompting civilian displacement, according to local and humanitarian sources.
In southern Lebanon, at least four people were wounded as Israeli forces carried out a series of strikes across the Tyre district, the National News Agency reported.
Three drone attacks targeted the town of Burj Shemali, followed by a fourth airstrike by a fighter jet on the same location. The injured were taken to hospital, while many residents fled towards the nearby city of Tyre.
Israeli jets also struck al-Mansouri and nearby open areas between al-Mansouri and Majdal Zoun multiple times, accompanied by artillery and tank fire. Shelling continued from Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, expanding to surrounding valleys and the outskirts of Haddatha. Machine-gun fire was also reported in the coastal al-Hamra area.
There was no immediate response from the Israeli military.
Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces assaulted at least 10 Palestinians in the Qalandiya refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society.
The group said its medical teams were prevented from entering the camp at dawn and were ordered to leave. Local sources said Israeli forces raided homes, damaging property and forcing several families to evacuate as operations continued.
The developments come amid heightened regional tensions, with repeated cross-border strikes and intensified military activity in Palestinian areas.
