Spider-Man: Brand New Day has crossed the 4 million-ticket milestone on BookMyShow, underlining its strong box office performance in India.
The film recorded around 644,000 ticket bookings between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday, up about 25% from the 512,000 tickets sold during the same period on its opening day, driven by strong weekend demand and positive word of mouth.
The movie is also on track to become the first Hollywood release since August 2023 to sell more than one million tickets on BookMyShow within a 24-hour period. The highest hourly sales came between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., when more than 63,000 tickets were booked.
With Sunday collections still ahead, the superhero blockbuster is expected to set a new benchmark for Hollywood releases in the Indian market.
