Syria has warned that Israeli military strikes and incursions are pushing the Middle East toward a regional war that could “spare no one.”
Speaking at the UN Security Council, Syria’s permanent representative Ibrahim Olabi accused Israel of repeatedly attacking Syrian territory, including eight strikes on the Abu Al-Duhur airbase.
He urged Israel to halt its attacks and withdraw from occupied Syrian territory.
Olabi said Syria remains committed to diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions but warned that continued Israeli military actions could undermine regional stability and trigger a wider conflict.
