Private airline Novoair has launched the country’s first-ever ‘Boarding Pass Privilege’ programme, offering passengers discounts and special benefits at a range of lifestyle, fashion, restaurant, hotel, entertainment, healthcare and electronics outlets across Bangladesh.
The airline announced the initiative in a press release on Thursday (November 5).
Under the programme, Novoair passengers can enjoy special offers at participating partner establishments by presenting their used boarding passes within seven days of their travel date.
The programme brings together several popular brands and service providers across the country, adding extra benefits to passengers’ travel experiences beyond air journeys.
Novoair Director (Marketing and Sales) Sohel Majid said the airline had always focused on ensuring safe and comfortable travel while introducing innovative services for its passengers.
“Through the launch of the country’s first Boarding Pass Privilege programme, we aim to add value to our passengers’ experience beyond their flights. We want them to continue enjoying special benefits even after completing their journeys,” he said.
He added that Novoair would continue introducing new initiatives in line with international standards to improve passenger services.
Novoair previously introduced the country’s first ‘SMILES’ frequent flyer programme, co-branded cards, a mobile application and web check-in facilities.
The newly launched programme will provide passengers with access to a wider range of benefits through the airline’s partner brands.
