The Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait has urged Bangladeshi citizens residing in the country to exercise extra caution following recent missile and drone attacks in Kuwait.
In an urgent notice issued on Thursday, September 3, the Embassy advised Bangladeshi nationals to stay away from military installations and surrounding areas for their safety.
The Embassy also urged everyone to comply with Kuwaiti laws and strictly follow safety instructions issued by the Kuwaiti government.
The notice stated:
“Everyone is requested to respect Kuwaiti laws and follow the instructions of the Kuwaiti government. Once again, everyone is urged to refrain from recording any photos or videos related to missile or drone attacks.”
The Embassy has also advised Bangladeshis to exercise caution when using social media. Citizens have been requested not to upload photos or videos depicting the current regional situation on social media platforms.
