Indian superstar Allu Arjun is reportedly set to appear in a completely new avatar in his upcoming film AA23, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, according to a source close to the production.
The source claimed that the actor and the filmmaker have spent considerable time researching and refining the character’s appearance to ensure it is unlike anything Allu Arjun has portrayed before.
“Allu Arjun will have a completely different and unique look in AA23. Both AA and Lokesh have invested a great deal of time exploring different looks to create a fresh visual identity that truly represents the character. The transformation is expected to become iconic,” the source said.
Although the filmmakers have yet to reveal the film’s storyline or details about Allu Arjun’s role, the reported makeover has already generated significant excitement among fans. Both the actor and Lokesh Kanagaraj are known for their attention to character design and visual storytelling, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
Allu Arjun has previously undergone striking transformations for films such as Arya and Pushpa, while his recently announced project Raaka also sparked widespread discussion after its first-look poster was released. Lokesh Kanagaraj, meanwhile, has earned acclaim for crafting memorable characters across his films.
Besides AA23, Allu Arjun is also preparing for Raaka, directed by Atlee, and Pushpa 3: The Rampage. Fans are now eagerly awaiting the official first look of AA23, which is expected to showcase the actor in an entirely fresh and distinctive avatar.
