Tom Holland and Zendaya-starrer Spider-Man: Brand New Day has crossed the Rs 550 crore mark at the Indian box office, becoming the highest-grossing Hollywood film in the country, according to Sony India.
The Marvel-Sony superhero film achieved the milestone during its third weekend, further strengthening Hollywood’s record-breaking run in India in 2026.
Released on July 31, Spider-Man: Brand New Day crossed Rs 550 crore by its 18th day after earning around Rs 22.80 crore during its third weekend, according to box-office reports.
The film maintained its strong run despite competition from new Hindi releases, including Emraan Hashmi’s Awarapan 2 and Sunny Deol’s Batwara 1947.
Sony Pictures India announced the milestone on social media, saying the film had earned more than Rs 550 crore and was still continuing its theatrical run.
The achievement adds to a series of box-office records set by the film since its release and further cements its position as one of the biggest Hollywood successes in India.
The film is currently screening in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
