A legal notice has been sent to the government seeking a ban on former interim government Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus from leaving the country.
Supreme Court lawyer Barrister M Ashraful Islam sent the notice on Sunday, citing allegations over the transfer of the measles vaccination programme from the state-run system to the private sector.
The notice reportedly seeks measures to prevent Yunus from travelling abroad until the allegations are investigated.
