A court in Narail has sentenced a teacher, identified as Meraj Ali, to life imprisonment for raping a madrasa student.
Judge Sheikh Shamidul Islam of the Narail Children’s Court pronounced the verdict on Monday afternoon, said state counsel Advocate Ajibur Rahman Aziz.
