A glass bottle was thrown at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s motorcade at Mahane Yehuda Market, a popular nightlife destination in Jerusalem, according to Israeli media outlet The Times of Israel.
A video circulating on social media shows Netanyahu visiting the market late at night as part of a campaign. During the visit, a glass bottle was thrown towards his motorcade.
The footage shows security personnel and police officers rushing into the crowd after the bottle was thrown. They were seen attempting to identify the person responsible.
