Security staff working for integrated facility management provider ABC Facilities Limited will now receive their salaries, wages, and other payments directly into their bKash accounts. This digital disbursement system aims to make the company’s field-level financial management simpler, more transparent, and secure, whilst granting employees instant access to funds for daily and emergency needs.
A formal agreement was signed recently at the headquarters of ABC Facilities Limited. Key attendees included ABC Facilities Limited Managing Director Sougata Ghosh, Director Shrabanti Dutta, and Chief Executive Officer Major Md. Humayun Azad Sarkar, PSC (Retd.), alongside bKash Chief Commercial Officer Ali Ahmed, Head of Business Sales Mashrur Chowdhury, and General Manager of Business Sales Md. Somel Reza Khan.
Under the contract, ABC Facilities Limited will utilise bKash’s ‘Disbursement Solution’ to transfer salaries directly to its nationwide security staff. By eliminating cash handling at the field level, the firm expects to significantly reduce operational friction. Officials from both organisations expressed their intent to expand this partnership in the future by introducing digital cash collections and other advanced services.
Recipients will be able to cash out funds anytime through bKash agent points or ATMs across the country. Additionally, employees can use their bKash wallets for everyday transactions, including mobile top-ups, send money, utility bill payments (electricity, gas, and water), education fees, loan repayments, opening savings accounts, receiving remittances, and purchasing e-tickets.
