The certificate distribution ceremony of the 132nd Junior Command and Staff Course (JCSC) of the Bangladesh Air Force was held at Bangladesh Air Force Base Cox’s Bazar on Thursday.
Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, BBP, OSP, GUP, NSWc, psc, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and presented certificates and trophies to the officers who successfully completed the course.
Flight Lieutenant Hasin Tanvir, GD(P), of the Bangladesh Air Force received the “Chief of Air Staff’s Trophy” for outstanding performance in the course.
The Chief of Air Staff also delivered an address offering guidance to the officers who completed the course.
A total of 58 officers from the air forces of Bangladesh and other countries participated in the course.
The course was designed to equip participating officers with the knowledge and skills required to perform command, staff and instructional responsibilities at different levels of the armed forces.
The Air Officer Commanding of Bangladesh Air Force Base Cox’s Bazar, senior officers from Air Headquarters and the base, instructors from the Command and Staff Training Institute (CSTI), and invited guests from Cox’s Bazar attended the closing ceremony.
