Several killed in shooting at US restaurant

Several people were killed and others injured after a gunman opened fire at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Saturday.

Police said the gunman was among those killed. Authorities have not yet confirmed the exact death toll or the motive behind the attack, while the identities of the victims and the suspect are still being determined.

Witnesses said the suspect, armed with an AR-style rifle, opened fire in the restaurant’s parking area, triggering panic as customers and employees fled for safety. Several injured victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The Twin Falls Police Department, with assistance from the FBI, has launched an investigation into the incident. Officials believe there is no ongoing threat to the public but have urged anyone with information or footage to come forward.
